Chris has built his career around analytics by adapting to the data around him.  He started in TechSmith's sales department in 2010 running customer reports through Salesforce and outbound quote and sales reports through TechSmith's proprietary corporate database.  He continued in the marketing department querying the database directly with SQL to access sales, customer and product usage data and this eventually lead to experience with social media data interpretation and marketing financial recommendations.

Today Chris oversees the website analytics program by coordinating all implementation needs, training TechSmith employees on configuration and data mining and managing the relationship with Google's Premium Analytics account team.
